Men typically contact us by phone first. We provide information about our services, support you in your current situation, and assess if your partner or children are in immediate danger and what measures are needed for their protection. We can also advise you on your next steps.

Most men call us when their situation feels hopeless, unable to control their violence, and not knowing what to do next. We offer initial support, listen to you, and help you take the first steps together. Call us now!

We always start with individual consultations, usually once a week, to give you the necessary attention. In these sessions, you can discuss your violent behaviour, which is essential for taking responsibility for your actions. This is the first step out of isolation on your way towards change.

  1. We support the man seeking help while simultaneously rejecting his violent behaviour.
  2. We work with men towards a positive vision: not only understanding what they need to give up, but also experiencing what they can gain.
  3. We do not operate as gender-neutral, detached counsellors with genderless clients, but as men working with men.
